DeLois Smith, Broker Associate, brings 30 years of experience to
her clients. A dedicated professional, she has listed and closed more sales
than any other residential REALTOR in Hattiesburg! For over fifteen years she's
been named Hattiesburg's TOP Producing Residential REALTOR. DeLois has also
been inducted into the Better Homes & Garden's Hall of Fame, was named one
of Mississippi's 50 Leading Business Women in 1998, and was elected the Best
Realtor in Hattiesburg by public vote. DeLois especially enjoys time with
family and friends, gardening, traveling, participating in educational
activities, and service through her church, community, and mission activities.
She has dedicated much of her time in support of the ministry of Kindness
Foundation - teaching Christian morals and ethics through Russian and Ukraine

Adam Watkins specializes in Listing. Working along side of
DeLois, Adam is mindful of current market conditions to help serve The DeLois
Smith All-Star Team's listing inventory. Adam joined the team in December of
1999 while a student of Business Finance and Communication at William Carey
College. Adam recently completed coursework at WCC as Magna Cum Laude and
received the Business School's "Most Outstanding Male Business Student" in 2001
and was inducted into the "Who's Who in Colleges and Universities". He
completed Real Estate training and became a licensed agent in early 2002. In
addition to listing service and recruitment he will be available as a Buyer
specialist. Adam is a Petal resident and active member of Carterville Baptist
Church.

goal. As The DeLois Smith All-Star Team's Buyer Specialist, she is
up-to-date on the availability of properties on the market and is ready to aid
new or experienced home-buyers make purchasing decisions concerning their
"largest investment." Whether relocating, moving-up, or moving-down, Brenda is
available. Brenda holds a B.S. and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education
form The University of Southern Mississippi. She retired from teaching and
entered the real estate field full-time as a licensed Realtor in the State of
Mississippi. She is wife to Michael, and mother to daughters, Breanne and
Lindsey. She attends Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg and enjoys traveling,
decorating, and investing time in her family.

Linda Seifert, Broker Associate, joined The DeLois Smith All Star
Team in 2004. Linda is a Broker Associate and brings over 25 years of Real
Estate Experience to the Team. She has worked in sales, property management and
mortgage banking during her career. Linda works as a Buyer Specialist and
strives to make each transaction as seamless as possible for her clients. She
enjoys her free time with family and working with hobbies such as gardening and
decorating. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Grove and is
active in the choir.

one of the newest members of the team, Scott Holmes serves as a Buyer
Specialist for The DeLois Smith All Star Team, assisting buyers of all ages in
finding their dream home. A Petal resident since 1990, Scott specializes in
showcasing premier Petal properties for any size family or budget. Scott has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Mississippi State
University. He and his wife, Lisa, have three children, Robyn, Brett and Logan.
Scott is an active member of Petal Harvey Baptist Church where he serves as a
Sunday School teacher. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time
with his family.

Marketing the team is the main focus for Melissa Read. She
oversees much of the advertising schedule of our All Star properties and
ensures superb photography for each. From websites to radio and print
publications, Melissa makes sure the public KNOWS your property is on the
market. As Marketing Specialist, she is continually searching for new and
innovative ways to enhance The DeLois Smith All Star Team's corporate marketing
plan while also ensuring maximum and accurate exposure of each property to
potential buyers. Melissa graduated Summa Cum Laude from William Carey College
with a BS in Speech Communication and a minor in Spanish. She enjoys spending
time with family and friends and is an active member of First Baptist
Church.

Sharon Rome is the one to call. Sharon is there from beginning to end to

programs for children to help motivate and involve them in this exciting time.

smoothly as possible. As our Client Care Specialist, Sharon is the person to go
to for questions or help, whether buying or selling. She also received her real
estate license in the Fall of 2003 and can assist buyers and sellers with their
needs also! Sharon holds experience in the banking industry, customer service
area and was a teacher at Sacred Heart Catholic School for 4 years. She is wife
to Michael Sr. and mother to Michael Jr., Edward, Christopher, Helena, Sybil,
and Margaret. She attends Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
